1. Product Description

  The TK-LW Nitric Acid Level Gauge, developed and manufactured by Tuke Electronics, is an externally mounted ultrasonic level gauge. It employs a non-contact measurement method with sensors mounted externally, achieving truly isolated measurement. By integrating the company's proprietary technologies in digital signal processing, pattern recognition, and database handling, it overcomes interference from tank walls and external factors. Additionally,it features automatic parameter calibration, making the instrument immune to changes in medium temperature and composition. It can be installed without drilling, hot work, or halting production. The instrument also outputs a 4–20mA standard signal to the DCS automation control system.
2. Working Principle
      The TK-LW externally mountedultrasonic level gaugeutilizes the sonar (ultrasonic) echo ranging principle. The measurement probe transmits and receives sonar (ultrasonic signals), which penetrate the container wall and form echoes in the liquid to achieve distance measurement.
