1,2-Pentanediol is an important intermediate for the fungicide propiconazole;
An excellent moisturizer with preservative properties, it can be used to formulate preservative-free products, reducing allergies caused by preservatives;

1,2-Pentanediol is a naturally derived moisturizer with preservative functions:
