I. NE Series Plate Chain Bucket Elevator Overview:

　　The NE series plate chain bucket elevator is suitable for conveying powdered, granular, and small lumpy abrasive or non-abrasive materials, such as raw meal, cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, clinker, etc., with material temperature controlled below 250°C. This series of elevators adopts inflow feeding and induced discharge; materials flow into the bucket and are lifted to the top by the plate chain, then discharged by gravity. The main technical parameters comply with the Ministry of Machinery standard (JB3926-85). The NE type plate chain bucket elevator is a new lifting product developed by introducing advanced foreign technology; due to its energy-saving and high efficiency, the NE type plate chain bucket elevator is gradually replacing the HL type bucket elevator. The chain is made of high-quality alloy steel high-strength plate chain, which is wear-resistant and reliable. The drive part uses a hard-faced gear reducer.
