TD Type Bucket Elevator

I. Basic Structure of TD Type Bucket Elevator:

The TD type bucket elevator consists of the running part (buckets and traction belt), the upper section with the drive drum, the lower section with the tensioning drum, the intermediate casing, the drive device, and the backstop braking device, among others.TD type bucket elevator is suitable for upward conveying of powdered, granular, and small lump materials with a bulk density of ρ < 1.5t/m³ that are non-abrasive or semi-abrasive, such as coal, sand, coke breeze, cement, crushed ore, etc.

II. Structural Forms of TD Type Bucket Elevator

There are two types of transmission devices, equipped with YZ type reducer and ZQ (or YY) type reducer respectively. The YZ type shaft-mounted reducer is directly installed on the main shaft head, eliminating the need for the elevator's transmission platform, couplings, etc., making it compact in structure and lightweight. Moreover, the elevator is internally equipped with a special roller backstop, ensuring reliable backstopping. This reducer features low noise, smooth operation, and floats with the main shaft to eliminate installation stress.

III. Features of TD Type Bucket Elevator:

1. Low driving power. Utilizing inflow feeding, induced discharge, and dense arrangement of large-capacity buckets, there is almost no backflow or digging during material lifting, resulting in low无效 power.
