　　The TD75 Universal Fixed Belt Conveyor is a conveying device with large capacity, low operating costs, and a wide range of applications. It comes in two types based on its support structure: fixed and mobile; and based on the conveying material, it is divided into rubber belts, plastic belts, and steel belts. The operating environment temperature for the conveyor is generally between -10°C and +40°C, with the material temperature not exceeding 70°C; heat-resistant rubber belts can convey high-temperature materials up to 120°C. For material temperatures higher than this, belt conveyors are not recommended. When conveying materials containing acidic, alkaline, oily substances, or organic solvents, oil-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant rubber belts or plastic belts should be used. The belt width of the conveyor is available in six specifications: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, and 1400 mm. Users can determine the conveyor's layout and the selected belt width, canvas layers, and belt thickness based on factors such as the conveyor's lifting height, material type, density, conveying capacity, and conveying length through calculation.
