I. Overview of Electronic Belt Scales:

The ICS-14 high-precision electronic belt scale adopts a fully suspended weighing bridge frame and digital signal transmission and processing technology, with a dynamic cumulative error of less than ±0.125%. It is suitable for internal and external settlements in enterprises or other applications requiring high weighing accuracy.

II. Working Principle of Electronic Belt Scales:

The weighing bridge frame is installed on the conveyor frame. When materials pass through, the measuring idler detects the weight of the materials on the belt conveyor and transmits the force to the weighing sensor via a lever, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load. The speed sensor is directly connected to a large-diameter speed-measuring roller, providing a series of pulses where each pulse represents a unit of belt movement. The pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed. The weighing instrument receives signals from the weighing sensor and speed sensor, performs integration calculations to derive instantaneous flow rate and cumulative weight values, and displays them accordingly.

III. Structural Features of Electronic Belt Scales:

1. Fully suspended structure with no trunnion pivot points or movable parts, requiring minimal maintenance;

2. Modular unit structure with fewer force transmission links, enabling simple and convenient installation;

3. Unique rectangular lever design, offering high rigidity, no deformation, and excellent zero-point stability;

4. Resistant to lateral and horizontal forces, effectively reducing the impact of belt misalignment and material offset on system accuracy;

5. Equipped with four weighing sensors, ensuring minimal impact from uneven loading, stable operation, and high measurement accuracy;

6. Wide weighing area with three or four sets of idlers minimizing the influence of the belt on weighing accuracy;

7. For special environments with high dust levels or corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts, the scale frame is made of stainless steel or treated with anti-corrosion coatings.
