Enclosed Chain Conveyor

I. Overview:
     The sealed chain conveyor is an improvement based on the pressure-resistant coal feeder and chain conveyor. It can transport materials along horizontal and inclined directions and is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, chemical engineering, automotive, power, and machinery manufacturing.

II. Advantages of Chain Conveyor:

　　1. Developed from the chain conveyor, it features high production strength, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance, making it suitable for furnace feeding and mill feeding.

　　2. It possesses the characteristics of a pressure-resistant coal feeder, with a fully enclosed mode that prevents dust and air leakage.

　　3. It can transport materials at high temperatures (600°–700°) and adapt to harsh working conditions, such as heavy logs, sharp-edged ores, and hazardous chemicals.

　　4. Equipped with a cleaning device at the bottom, it allows regular cleaning to prevent material accumulation.

III. Main Components of Chain Conveyor:

　　Chain conveyor generally consists of the following components: frame, driving device, tensioning device, and conveyor chain.
