BL Light Chain Plate Conveyor

I. Overview:

　　The BL light-duty chain conveyor is a lightweight version of the BL heavy-duty chain conveyor, featuring high strength, light weight, and low cost. It is designed for conveying high-temperature materials and can also be used to transport other bulk, granular, or lump materials. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and mining for material handling.

II. BL Light-Duty Chain Conveyor Features:

　　The chain conveyor features a rational structural design, excellent performance, low operational resistance, minimal wear-prone parts, safe operation, easy maintenance, reliable operation, and a long service life. The conveyor can be installed horizontally or at an inclination angle of <30°, and when installed at an incline, it is equipped with a ratchet backstop mechanism.

　　The rollers on the conveyor chain roll on the guide rails, ensuring no friction between the chain and the casing. The chain is made of heat-treated alloy steel, with a normal service life of about 2 years and low failure rates during operation. Apart from the head and tail bearings, there are no lubrication points in the conveyor.

III. BL Light-Duty Chain Conveyor Main Structure:

Chain Conveyor consists of the head frame, head cover, drive sprocket assembly, material conveying device, middle frame, tail frame, redirecting sprocket assembly, chain support roller assembly, and drive unit.

　　The drive unit consists of a pin coupling, JZQ reducer, and drive base. It is available in right-hand and left-hand configurations. When viewed from the tail end in the direction of conveyance, the drive unit on the right is the right-hand configuration, and on the left is the left-hand configuration.

　　The sprocket adopts a modular structure, combining a cast steel sprocket ring and sprocket core with bolts, offering strong wear resistance and easy disassembly and installation. The drive sprocket uses a recessed sprocket ring to prevent the chain from slipping during operation.
