Shenzhen Huaxinmao Equipment Machinery Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Shenzhen Huaxinmao Technology Co., Ltd. Established in March 2002 in Shenzhen, a leading hub for China's electronics industry, the company was one of the early medium-sized enterprises integrating development, production, sales, and trade. It became a domestic manufacturer providing equipment for quartz crystal component producers, serving nearly a hundred quartz crystal oscillator factory clients across the country. In February 2004, the company expanded into the SMT peripheral instrument and equipment industry, becoming the mainland agent for Taiwan's GENITEC company. From 2004 to 2005, it sold over 300 units of GENITEC's SMT peripheral equipment and instruments.

    In June 2006, the company signed first-tier agency agreements with Singapore's TESHERCK and South Korea's TPK for a series of SMT instruments, including 2D and 3D solder paste thickness testers and reflow oven profilers. In August of the same year, it developed pneumatic series PCB depaneling machines and fully automated curve PCB depaneling machines. Before 2009, the annual production and sales volume of nearly a hundred units ranked among the top in the industry.
