◆ Overview
The Xin'anjiang brand FZ corrosion-resistant energy-saving self-priming centrifugal pump is a patented product independently developed by our company. It utilizes polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and reinforced polypropylene (RPP) produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Fluorine Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, through one-time injection molding. It features high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, and a uniquely scientific structure. The pump chamber is equipped with a suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, gas-liquid separation, and a return hole.
◆ Features
Priming is only required before the first startup; no repeated priming is necessary thereafter. During liquid suction, the fluid flow can be intermittent. If liquid interruption occurs, the pump can resume suction within 15 minutes upon liquid return. The mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water, ensuring simple operation, safety, and leak-free performance. It is the ideal product to replace submerged pumps.
PVDF material: Excellent air tightness, non-toxic, non-polar, oxidation-resistant and non-aging, good mechanical properties, resistant to strong oxidants, halogens, and aromatic solvents. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 135°C.
RPP material: Non-polar, non-toxic, resistant to general acids, alkalis, and salts. Operating temperature ranges from -12°C to 100°C.
