◆ Overview
The Xin'anjiang brand IJ-type corrosion-resistant chemical alkali pump is a standard chemical process pump upgraded and innovated based on the IH pump. This pump features a single-stage, single-suction, overhung structure, and its performance parameters and dimensions comply with GB5662-1985 (equivalent to ISO2858-1975 standard).
◆ Features
The IJ-type corrosion-resistant chemical alkali pump adopts an advanced hydraulic model in its design, offering high efficiency and energy-saving performance. The structural design draws from international ANSI standards, featuring a thickened shaft diameter and shortened overhang to enhance operational stability. It can handle working temperatures up to 175°C and transport liquids with suspended particles less than 3mm and solid content less than 5%. It is widely applicable in industries such as alkali, acid, petrochemical, and environmental protection.
◆ Applications
· Alkali Industry: Used for ammonia brine mother liquor in soda ash and ammonia production, as well as in combined alkali production; for ambient caustic soda in chlor-alkali production; and for chlorine products, chlorates, and hypochlorites.
· Non-ferrous Metallurgy: Transport of electrolytes for copper and nickel electrolysis, acid mist liquor for cobalt production, slurry for zinc production, ammonium vanadate for vanadium production, and acidic thiourea solution for gold production.
· Steel Industry: Electroplating, pickling, and waste acid treatment.
· Acid Production Industry: Nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, etc.
· Petrochemical Industry: Petroleum refining, acetaldehyde production, and alkylbenzene manufacturing.
· Synthetic Fiber and Plastic Industries: Production of polyester, polyvinyl chloride, textiles, and printing and dyeing industries.
· Paper Industry: Transport of pulp cooking liquor and bleaching liquor.
· Fertilizer Industry: Production of urea and ammonium nitrate.
· Pharmaceutical Industry: Production of medicines and pesticides.
