Large-scale Model Triaxial Testing System

Due to the complexity of geological conditions, the variability of underground environments, the uncertainty of geotechnical conditions, and the concealed nature of engineering projects, the objects of geotechnical engineering are extremely complex. This necessitates continuous adjustments to the engineering design during the construction process based on specific circumstances.

I. Purpose:

Xi'an LETRY specializes in manufacturing microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo large-scale geotechnical engineering model testing devices, which are three-directional loading electro-hydraulic servo model testing equipment. These devices can be used for large-scale plane stress-strain model tests, three-dimensional tests of underground and surface engineering, and studies on the mechanical properties of soft rock specimens.

II. Functions:

This testing system incorporates multiple functions of a true triaxial apparatus and a shear rheometer. Depending on the test conditions, it can perform the following tests:

1. Constant rate stress-controlled loading tests;

2. Constant rate strain-controlled loading tests;

3. Stress cyclic loading tests;

4. Creep tests;

5. True triaxial loading tests;

6. Dynamic true triaxial loading performance tests.

III. Model Dimensions and Types:

1. Full model: 800x800x800mm

2. Plane model: 1000x1000x1000mm

3. Soft rock specimen: 300x300x600mm

4. The model includes vertical (y-direction), left-right (x-direction), and front-back (z-direction) axes. Five sides are actively loaded, while one side is passively loaded (z-direction).
