The bending test is primarily used to determine the bending strength of brittle and low-plasticity materials (such as cast iron, high-carbon steel, tool steel, etc.) and can reflect the deflection as a plasticity indicator. The bending test can also be used to inspect the surface quality of materials. The bending test is conducted on a universal testing machine, with two loading methods: three-point bending and four-point bending.
This electro-hydraulic servo steel pipe bending fatigue test bench is mainly used for continuous pipe bending fatigue tests, measuring the fatigue cycles of hollow pipes under internal pressure and bending conditions. It also measures the relationship between hollow pipes and their corresponding parameters (such as outer diameter, expansion diameter, etc.), and obtains the relationship between the failure cycles of hollow pipes and internal pressure, as well as the relationship between the failure cycles of hollow pipes and outer diameter, expansion diameter, etc.
