Vehicle Components Multi-Channel Durability Test System

The multi-channel durability testing system for vehicle components is primarily used for three-dimensional fatigue and durability performance tests on automotive brake components, engine housings, crankcase bodies, die-cast processed parts, sheet metal processed parts, joint components, bushings, ball joints, tie rods, control arms, etc. It can also be used for multi-directional composite tests such as tension, compression, and torsion on metal materials and their components. The available test loading waveforms include sine wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, ramp wave, random wave, road spectrum, and more.

I. Applications:

Depending on the test conditions, the following tests can be performed:

1. Unidirectional tension-compression fatigue (durability) tests;

2. Unidirectional tension-compression static and dynamic stiffness tests;

3. Unidirectional torsion fatigue (durability) tests;

4. Tension (compression)-torsion composite fatigue tests;

5. Longitudinal and transverse dynamic and static tests;

The test software operates in a WINDOWS environment, with powerful data processing capabilities. Test conditions and results are automatically saved, and the system can display and print random grouped test data, test curves, and test reports that comply with relevant national standards.
