To ensure appropriate handling and comfort during driving, shock absorption devices must be installed. As a result, torsion bar springs are used as shock absorption devices in automotive suspension systems, utilizing their deformation to absorb energy and mitigate vibrations and tilting generated during vehicle operation. Therefore, torsion bar springs play a crucial role in automobiles.

I. Equipment Functions:
1. Computer-controlled, capable of conducting various dynamic torsion fatigue tests and static torsion rigidity and strength tests for automotive torsion bar springs. Dynamic torsion enables symmetric and asymmetric cyclic fatigue tests. Bidirectional loading is possible.
2. Utilizes a PC-based full Chinese human-machine interface; employs a graphical Windows-style operating system, allowing configuration of display screens and control operation panels; facilitates easy setting of amplitude, test speed, various test modes, and control parameters (such as zero-crossing symmetric torque cycles), fatigue cycles, etc.
3. Online help available for viewing or printing complete software instructions, operating procedures, precautions, and other content.
4. Automatic measurement, control, data acquisition, real-time screen display, processing, and report printing. Main display and print contents include test conditions, original parameters, test results—such as torque value, angle value, frequency, amplitude, cycle count, loading waveform, static torsion rigidity curve, static torsion yield torque and yield torsion angle, and torsion curve graph. Allows partial curve magnification, multi-curve overlay comparison, and fitting; enables test process replay. Automatically determines whether measured parameters are qualified or unqualified, assesses curve symmetry and the correctness of key indicators, and clearly displays results. Test conditions and data can be saved and retrieved as needed without loss; mouse-enabled point-by-point access to curve data for extracting various values. Features manual data revision, mathematical analysis, automatic test report generation, and customizable report formats and content based on user requirements.
5. The measurement system includes functions such as automatic zero adjustment and automatic calibration.
6. The system automatically stops the test and prints the result report under the following conditions: when the set fatigue cycle count is reached; when the specimen fractures during fatigue testing; when unexpected breakage occurs during performance testing.
7. Equipped with safety measures such as overload and fracture protection; includes alarms for motor overload, test torque/angle overload, protective shutdown, high oil temperature, and oil filter blockage.
8. Once test conditions are set, a batch of samples can be tested sequentially. Statistical analysis of test results is possible, with test conditions, sample parameters, test data, and statistical results stored for future retrieval.
