When the external force on a material exceeds its capacity to withstand, failure occurs. The ability of a material to resist external force failure is called mechanical strength. In various practical applications, mechanical strength is an important indicator of the material's mechanical properties.

This mechanical testing system for components consists of multiple actuator systems, primarily used for dynamic and static mechanical property experiments, fatigue testing, etc., on hubs, thrust rods, tie rods, and metal components. Each actuator is coordinately controlled with arbitrarily adjustable phases. The main unit is composed of an iron floor, reaction frame, actuator, load sensor, displacement sensor, servo valve, secondary distributor, installation fixtures (including hub fixtures, tie rod fixtures, and thrust rod fixtures), and other connecting accessories.

1. The system must be well grounded: After starting the system, observe whether communication and displayed data are normal.

2. Oil cleanliness: Since the system uses a servo valve as the control component, oil cleanliness will directly affect the valve's performance. When refilling oil or after disassembling and repairing pipelines, the oil circuit must be flushed again.

3. System in operation: Never turn off the measurement controller before the hydraulic source pressure has dropped to zero or stopped, as this may cause the actuator to lose control and generate impact, damaging components or test pieces.

When conducting tests requiring high precision, the accuracy of force and displacement should be rechecked and calibrated.
