Xi'an LETRY specializes in manufacturing multi-channel durability testing systems for vehicle components. These systems are primarily used for three-dimensional fatigue and durability performance testing of automotive brake components, engine housings, crankcases, die-cast parts, sheet metal parts, joint components, bushings, ball joints, tie rods, control arms, and more. They can also be used for multi-directional composite testing, including tension, compression, and torsion, of metal materials and their components. The available test loading waveforms include sine waves, triangular waves, trapezoidal waves, ramp waves, random waves, road spectra, and more.
I. Applications:
Depending on the test conditions, the following tests can be performed:
1. Unidirectional tension-compression fatigue (durability) testing;
2. Unidirectional tension-compression static and dynamic stiffness testing;
3. Unidirectional torsion fatigue (durability) testing;
4. Combined tension (compression) and torsion fatigue testing;
5. Longitudinal and transverse dynamic and static testing;
