These are primarily used for static torsion strength and dynamic torsion fatigue testing of metal materials, composite materials, and their components. The loading part is driven by a servo torsion pendulum actuator, which is rigidly connected to the specimen for easy installation and replacement. The output end is rigidly fixed. The system includes protective functions such as overload and specimen fracture protection.

II. Safety Protection:

Equipped with overcurrent protection, grounding protection, overheating protection, etc.; the testing machine includes angle limit protection; automatic protection when exceeding 10% of the maximum torque; separately configured remote and local manual emergency stop devices to quickly cut off power in emergencies.

This testing system uses an imported servo torsion actuator for torsion loading. The equipment features a horizontal box-type design, conforming to ergonomic principles with an appropriate height for convenient operation. The fixed clamp moves easily along the linear guide with the slide system, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance, reliable performance, and simple operation.
