The application of computer control technology in this testing machine significantly enhances the system's self-monitoring capability. The testing system can complete test tasks or automatically and safely shut down upon reaching the preset fatigue cycles under unmanned conditions, achieving sample fracture protection and overload protection. This PLG-200 high-frequency fatigue testing machine is used to determine the fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, and fatigue crack pre-testing of metal and alloy materials (plates, bars) under tensile, compressive, or alternating tensile-compressive loads.
Performance Features:
1. The load drive is based on electromagnetic resonance, with very low energy loss, no wear during test loading, and simple equipment maintenance;
2. High frequency and short test cycles greatly save testing time;
3. No need to adjust the resonance magnetic gap;
4. Automatic calibration of the testing machine's accuracy;
5. Static and dynamic tests are supported by two separate systems, allowing independent loading without interference;

7. Automatic search for resonance points, optimization of working parameters, and automatic completion of test control and measurement. The system automatically stops when the test reaches the set fatigue cycles or sample failure;
