- Structural Composition: The dust-bearing bearing consists of a roller assembly composed of a roller shaft, a roller, and a sealing sleeve, as well as a support, a gasket, a locking sleeve, a split pin, a pin shaft, a retaining ring, a guard, etc. The roller is cylindrical and fits with the roller shaft with a clearance, and is provided with a groove that matches the sealing sleeve; there is a narrow section in the middle of the roller shaft, and retaining ring grooves and split pin holes are provided at both ends. The base plate of the support is rectangular, with fixing bolt holes at both ends, a rectangular hole in the middle for dust discharge, and symmetric side wall plates with inclined grooves, locking sleeve holes, pin shaft mounting holes, etc.
