Fluidizer at the Bottom of Injection Tank Application Example of Sulfurized Bottom in Blast Furnace of Metallurgical Industry In the pulverized coal injection system of blast furnaces in the metallurgical industry, this type of fluidization device has been widely and maturely applied. One of the fluidized injection devices specially designed for blast furnace injection uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness precisely controlled at 3mm as the core fluidization element. This stainless steel material has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and can resist the long-term scouring of pulverized coal particles and the harsh environment around the blast furnace.
In terms of structural design, the stainless steel circular panel of the device is provided with long slits in a cross layout, and all slits are distributed perpendicular to the central cross line. The specific parameters are as follows: the slit gap is precise to 0.5mm, the length is controlled at about 20mm, the slit spacing is set at 10mm, and the lower edge of the slit is precisely chamfered at 1×45°.
This refined structural design can guide compressed air to spray centrally towards the middle of the device, forming a high-intensity central air flow zone, significantly enhancing the suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the middle, effectively preventing pulverized coal from accumulating on the surface of the device, and enabling the pulverized coal to enter the injection pipeline in a fluidized state. This not only ensures the stability and uniformity of the pulverized coal injection volume, but also greatly reduces the risk of equipment clogging, greatly improves the working performance of the fluidized injection device, and provides reliable equipment support for the stable smelting of the blast furnace, the reduction of coke ratio and the improvement of production efficiency.
