1. The air supplement regulator is installed on the main coal powder pipeline at the outlet of the injection tank. During the pneumatic conveying process of coal powder, it dilutes the high-concentration coal powder coming out of the injection tank, enabling full and uniform mixing of solid and gas, and forming a stable dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow of coal powder and gas. This equipment has a large gas flow adjustment range and is a key device for long-distance dense-phase conveying of coal powder.
2. This equipment has a unique internal design. By adjusting the round nut, the gap of the air supplement channel can be changed, thereby adjusting the air supplement flow rate and flow velocity, and further realizing the adjustment of the coal injection amount to meet production requirements.

Product Features: During the dense-phase conveying process, the air supplement regulator can adjust the powder flow rate within a large range by adjusting the bypass air supplement amount, and can break the formed material column to achieve long-distance stable conveying. This air supplement device adopts an inner and outer sleeve structure: the central pipe transports coal powder, and the outer annular pipe transports secondary air, which forms a jet flow at a certain angle and mixes circumferentially with the central powder. The air supplement device has two structural types: adjustable and non-adjustable. The adjustable air supplement device mainly consists of two sleeves: the inner pipe transports coal, and the annular gap formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe transports supplementary gas. The supplementary gas changes the conveying environment of coal powder, improving the pneumatic conveying condition of the coal powder pipeline. The non-adjustable air supplement device has a simple structure, is convenient to replace, and has low cost.
A swirling air supplement regulator belongs to the equipment in the powder pneumatic dense-phase conveying process. Its purpose is to solve the technical problem of adjustable flow rate and sufficient mixing of powder and gas. The key points of the technical solution are: a gas swirling groove is opened on the inclined surface at the outlet end of the powder inlet pipe of the existing annular gap air supplement device, there is an arc-shaped concave pit in the groove, and a threaded hole is provided in the corresponding powder outlet pipe. A gas flow adjustment screw with an arc-shaped convex surface matching the concave pit on its inner end surface is screwed into the hole.
This air supplement regulator improves the straight-cone annular gap air channel into a swirling air channel, making the mixing of powder and gas more sufficient and uniform. It can adjust the mixing ratio of powder and gas arbitrarily, generate pulsation, greatly improve the conveying capacity, reduce conveying cost, has low failure rate and long service life. During the dense-phase conveying process, by adjusting the bypass air supplement amount, the powder flow rate can be adjusted within a large range, and the formed material column can be broken to achieve long-distance stable conveying.
