I. Core Purpose and Features of Pulverized Coal Fluidized Conveyors
The pulverized coal fluidized conveyor, acting as the "pulse" of pulverized coal conveyance, is a key piece of equipment in the pulverized coal conveying process. It is ingeniously installed at the lower part of the injection tank, mainly made of diffused metal mesh plates, with a gas equalizer inside. This design ensures uniform air flow distribution across the entire fluidized bed, greatly enhancing the fluidization effect of pulverized coal and making the conveyance of pulverized coal smoother.

IV. Innovation in Blast Furnace Pulverized Coal Injection
In the field of blast furnace pulverized coal injection, we have launched a brand-new fluidized injection device. This device is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of approximately 3mm. On its circular surface, we have innovatively designed long slits arranged in a cross shape, perpendicular to the central cross line. The slit gap is precise to 0.5mm, with a length of about 20mm and a spacing of 10mm. More uniquely, the lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, this ingenious design enables compressed air to be more concentrated in the middle of the fluidized injection device, thereby enhancing the suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal in the central area. This improvement makes pulverized coal flow more easily on the device, ensures the stability of pulverized coal injection, and greatly improves the working effect of the fluidized injection device.
