Product Overview
The air replenisher is a key device specially designed for pulverized coal pneumatic conveying systems. It is installed on the main coal powder pipeline at the outlet of the injection tank, used for dynamic dilution and mixing adjustment of high-concentration pulverized coal. Its core function is to optimize the solid-gas two-phase flow state through precise air replenishment, achieve full mixing of pulverized coal and gas, and form a stable dense-phase fluidized conveying, thereby ensuring the long-distance, high-efficiency, and low-energy continuous conveying of pulverized coal.
