      1. The gas supplement regulator is installed on the pulverized coal main pipe at the outlet of the injection tank. It is used during the pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal to dilute the high-concentration pulverized coal coming from the injection tank, ensuring full and uniform mixing of solids and gas, and forming a stable dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow. This equipment has a wide range of gas flow regulation and is a key device for long-distance dense-phase conveying of pulverized coal.

      2. The internal design of this equipment is unique. By adjusting the round nut, the gap of the gas supplement channel can be changed, thereby regulating the gas supplement volume and flow rate, enabling the adjustment of coal injection volume to meet optimal production needs.

      Product Features: In dense-phase conveying, the gas supplement regulator can adjust the powder flow rate over a wide range by regulating the bypass gas supplement volume. It can also break up formed material columns, achieving stable long-distance conveying effects. This gas supplement device adopts an inner and outer pipe structure, with the center pipe conveying pulverized coal and the outer annular pipe conveying secondary air, forming a jet at a certain angle to mix circumferentially with the central powder. The structure of the gas supplement device comes in two types: adjustable and non-adjustable. The adjustable type mainly consists of two sets of pipes: the inner pipe carries coal, and the annular gap between the outer and inner pipes carries the supplementary gas. The supplementary gas alters the conveying environment of the pulverized coal, improving the pneumatic conveying conditions in the coal pipeline. The non-adjustable type has a simple structure, is easy to replace, and has lower costs.

      A swirl-type gas supplement regulator, belonging to the equipment used in dense-phase pneumatic conveying of powders. Its purpose is to solve the issue of adjustable flow rate and ensure full mixing of powder and gas. The key technical solution involves creating gas swirl grooves on the inclined surface at the outlet end of the powder inlet pipe of the existing annular gap-type gas supplement device. The grooves have arc-shaped pits, and corresponding threaded holes are present on the powder outlet pipe opposite the pits. Airflow adjustment screws with arc-shaped convex surfaces matching the pits are threaded into the holes.

        This gas supplement regulator improves the straight conical annular gap air channel into a swirl air channel, resulting in more thorough and uniform mixing of powder and gas. It allows arbitrary adjustment of the powder-to-gas mixing ratio, generates pulsation phenomena, greatly enhances conveying capacity, reduces conveying costs, has a low failure rate, and a long service life. In dense-phase conveying, by adjusting the bypass gas supplement volume, the powder flow rate can be regulated over a wide range, and it can break up formed material columns, achieving stable long-distance conveying effects.
