       Xiangye adopts this utility model, where the pulverized coal airflow is diverted from the spray pipe to the nozzle head through an atomizing disc, spraying out in an umbrella shape to form an atomized pulverized coal flow. These fine atomized coal flows instantly achieve excellent mixing with the blast furnace hot air, ensuring full combustion of the pulverized coal. It features a rational structure, ease of use, improved coal combustion rate, and enhanced mixing ratio between pulverized coal and blast furnace hot air.

       Square type, date pit type, and elbow type ball valves are widely used in the blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems of domestic steel enterprises. They are installed on the blast furnace tuyere to connect the coal injection pipe. This valve is mounted on the blast furnace tuyere to link the coal injection rod. It opens when the injection pipe is inserted into the furnace and automatically closes when the pipe is withdrawn, preventing the escape of hot gas from the furnace.
