Combined System for Organic Waste Gas Purification and Flue Gas De-whitening

Factory exhaust gases (primarily including chemical fiber exhaust, textile exhaust, drying exhaust, asphalt exhaust, and oil fume exhaust) contain a large amount of organic pollutants. These organic exhaust gases first undergo pretreatment in a high-performance washing and cooling unit, where the exhaust gas directly contacts low-temperature circulating water for heat exchange, reducing the gas temperature and removing part of the water vapor from the exhaust. This process forms a low-temperature saturated humid exhaust gas, which then enters a high-voltage electrostatic device. As the exhaust gas passes through, some organic compounds are rapidly ionized, adsorbed, and degraded under the electromagnetic field, forming a liquid film that flows downward to further remove pollutants. The purified gas is then discharged from the top after passing through a white smoke elimination device. This integrated system not only purifies exhaust gases but also simultaneously removes dust and acid mist, achieving a treatment efficiency of over 98%. It completely eliminates white smoke plumes, addressing visual pollution issues.
