Heating dye vat water for printing and dyeing wastewater

How It Works:

The textile printing and dyeing industry produces a large amount of wastewater, with temperatures ranging between 30°C and 80°C. At this temperature, the heat from the wastewater can be indirectly recovered to increase the temperature of tap water entering the dyeing vat, thereby reducing steam consumption.
