An organic silicone surface additive for solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based systems. Suitable for coatings, inks, adhesives,
and room-temperature curing plastic systems, significantly reducing surface tension.

Recommended Dosage
0.05-0.3 % additive dosage (as supplied) based on the total formulation; up to 1% can be added for water-based and UV systems.
Applications
This additive is recommended for all solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based coatings, printing inks, and varnishes. It is particularly recommended
for improving the wettability of polyurethane, epoxy, and acrylate adhesives on substrates, as well as the substrate wetting capability of epoxy-based room-temperature curing
plastics.
Addition Method and Processing Guidance
This additive can be added at any stage of production, including post-addition. In room-temperature curing systems, to reduce the foam-stabilizing effect of the additive,
it is recommended to add it at the final stage of manufacturing.

Special Notes
Unlike conventional silicone oils, however, before use, a series of tests should be conducted to confirm whether the additive stabilizes foam, and its recoatability and cratering tendency should also be evaluated.

Separation or cloudiness may occur at temperatures below 5
°C; heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly.
