The GC-8850 fully automatic gas analyzer is a high-performance instrument newly produced by Shanghai Xuansheng Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for detecting liquid nitrogen mixing in LNG, measuring methane, ethane, and propane content, analyzing natural gas calorific value and density, and calculating the gasification rate based on density.

This instrument features a stylish and aesthetically pleasing design. It has an 8-inch display screen that shows rich and intuitive content. With its compact size, light weight, and portability, it is suitable for both LNG user laboratory testing and analysis, as well as for gas companies to carry the instrument to multiple user sites for testing.

The operation of this instrument is very simple, and even personnel who have never used such an instrument can learn to use it quickly. Insert the gas sample bag into the instrument's 'sample inlet,' press 'Start,' and the instrument runs automatically (automatic sampling, automatic analysis, and automatic signal collection without manual intervention). The test results are automatically calculated within 10 minutes.

● The machine integrates the analysis column, detector, working software, and computer into one unit. It is portable and suitable for both online pipeline testing in industrial sites and laboratory airbag sample analysis.

● Integrated sealed heating with low heat dissipation ratio, higher efficiency, and energy savings.

● Dual-channel calorific value working software automatically calculates the detected gas component content, high calorific value, low calorific value, density, relative density, Wobbe index, combustion potential, etc.

● Built-in automatic sampling pump and electric injection valve improve the repeatability of test results.
