The infrared powder moisture analyzer adopts an advanced weighing system [electromagnetic balance sensor]. Halogen heating enables rapid and uniform drying of samples in high-temperature environments without damaging the sample surface. The test results are highly consistent with the national standard oven method, making it a viable alternative. Moreover, the detection efficiency is far superior to the oven method. With intelligent operation, most samples can be measured within minutes.

Product Applications:
The powder infrared moisture analyzer is a newly developed rapid moisture detection instrument by our company. It is suitable for all industries requiring fast moisture determination, such as pharmaceuticals, grains, feed, seeds, rapeseed, dehydrated vegetables, tobacco, chemicals, tea, food, meat, textiles, agriculture, forestry, papermaking, rubber, plastics, coal, petroleum, building materials, daily chemicals, and more, for both laboratory and production processes. It meets the requirements for measuring moisture content in solids, granules/powders, colloids, and liquids.
Principle of Powder Infrared Moisture Analyzer:
While measuring the sample weight, the instrument uses ring halogen heating to rapidly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture analyzer continuously measures and instantly displays the moisture loss percentage (%). The system continuously records the sample mass, and the total mass loss represents the moisture content. After the drying process is completed, the moisture percentage and other results are obtained by comparing the dry mass to the wet mass (commonly referred to as the "Loss on Drying" or LOD principle). The final moisture content value is locked and displayed. The test results comply with the GB/T29249-2012 "Electronic Weighing Drying Method Moisture Detector" standard to ensure effective verification and traceability of the tested samples.
