Ductile iron electric regulating valve

The valve body adopts the iron mold sand coating casting process, which eliminates the issue of mold expansion compared to traditional methods. It features uniform wall thickness, no air holes or sand inclusions, high material density, and a more refined appearance.

The valve body and stainless steel valve port are formed in one piece during casting, ensuring no deformation of the valve port. Even under prolonged high-temperature use, there is no external leakage, guaranteeing zero leakage during factory pressure testing. The sealing ring is made of PTFE + carbon fiber material, providing better wear resistance.

The paint finish is applied using an automated spraying line and drying equipment, resulting in stronger paint adhesion, better anti-corrosion effects, and significantly improved glossiness of the valve body.
