Intelligent Integrated Balancing Valve, Ductile Iron Material

The intelligent integrated balancing valve is a multifunctional smart IoT hydraulic balancing valve that integrates pressure collection, temperature collection, remote and Bluetooth near-end as well as local control.

Temperature and pressure measurement function

The actuator features local display of temperature, temperature difference, flow rate, pressure difference, and control functions, allowing valve opening adjustment based on return water temperature.

Remote control

The actuator is equipped with an RS485 or MBUS interface. After connecting to the host computer via a communication acquisition device, the host computer can access data such as temperature, flow rate, and pressure difference at any time. The host computer can also reversely control and set the temperature difference value.

Bluetooth near-end control

The actuator has Bluetooth communication functionality. Using the accompanying mobile app Bluetooth software, the phone can connect to the valve body, enabling automatic hydraulic balance adjustment through various control modes.
