SEA-II Series Actuator Electric Manual Operation

Product Introduction:

The SEA-II series actuator, combined with the regulating valve itself, forms an electric regulating valve. It is widely used in various industries such as building automation, cold and hot water systems, air conditioning systems, heat exchange stations, and water treatment.

It is driven by AC/DC 24V/2A power supply and controlled by 0-10V voltage signals or 4-20mA current signals, enabling the valve to move to the desired position for automated control.

II. Product Features:

1.Stainless steel bracket and die-cast aluminum housing.

2. Utilizes brushless motor drive, ensuring stable performance and featuring overload protection. It can output constant torque during pauses to maintain the valve opening at any position.

3. Low power consumption, low noise, and high output torque.

4. Self-diagnostic travel function and automatic detection capability, allowing automatic matching of valve travel for better control precision.

5. Equipped with forward and reverse rotation functions, which can be set to match different valves.

6. Running speed selection function: Flexible adjustment of operating speed based on different requirements.

7. Torque limit function to prevent damage to the valve caused by excessive torque.

8. Automatic error correction function: No manual intervention required. Errors generated by the motor and mechanical transmission can be instantly and automatically corrected during operation, ensuring the accuracy of the execution system.

9. The actuator comes with an LCD display and operation buttons, effectively improving on-site operation and debugging.

10. Digital valve position display function: Features external position display and digital display for intuitive and precise indication of the immediate valve position.

11. Equipped with LED indicators to display real-time working status and fault alarms.

12. Features mechanical manual and electric manual functions for convenient handling of various on-site situations.

13. The actuator supports signal loss retention and power-off retention change functions, allowing on-site operation to meet contingency requirements.

14. Dual-channel signal isolation function and current/voltage signal compatibility: Input control signals and output feedback signals support 0-10V, 2-10V, or 0-20mA, 4-20mA.

15. Control signals and feedback signals can be switched and selected via digital dip switches for convenient operation.

16. Self-diagnostic function: When a fault occurs in the actuator, a fault indication signal will appear on the display screen.

17. Bus control mode: 485 communication, M_bus bus, or 4G communication (optional).

18. The actuator supports the collection of up to 2 temperature and 2 pressure signals (optional).

19. Additional Bluetooth or mobile NFC enables near-field operation and parameter settings for the actuator (optional).

20. Internal auxiliary heating function: Monitors internal temperature and humidity, equipped with auxiliary heating to effectively prevent internal condensation and cope with extremely cold weather (optional).
