Phenol Automatic Drum Filling Equipment consists of a quantitative measurement control instrument, pipeline flow transmitter, temperature sensor, and other components. During liquid delivery, it collects flow signals and temperature change signals in real-time. The control instrument initially inputs the standard density of the liquid at 20°C, then synchronously converts the flow and temperature signals through a conversion coefficient to calculate the mass in kilograms. When the preset quantitative delivery amount is reached, it automatically stops the pump and closes the valve, achieving quantitative mass measurement with an accuracy of 0.2%. The instrument can also print the kilogram amount of this delivery.
