The acid-base liquid filling metering pump consists of a quantitative metering control instrument, pipeline flow transmitter, temperature sensor, and other components. During liquid transportation, it collects flow signals and temperature change signals in real time. The control instrument initially inputs the standard density of the liquid at 20°C, then synchronously converts the flow and temperature signals using conversion coefficients to calculate the mass in kilograms. When the preset quantitative delivery amount is reached, it automatically stops the pump and closes the valve, achieving quantitative mass measurement with an accuracy of 0.2%. The instrument can also print the number of kilograms of liquid delivered.

Working Procedure of the Acid-Base Liquid Filling Metering Pump:

Empty barrels on the ground or in vehicles can be weighed without tare removal, and one person can operate the system. After setting the filling amount (kilograms/liters), control is managed via a remote control, automatic timing control, or the start key of the flow control instrument. The handheld filling gun is placed into the barrel opening, and filling automatically stops when the preset amount is reached. The filling gun is then moved to the next barrel for the next filling cycle. Operators can flexibly control the liquid filling volume and filling rhythm.
