During liquid transportation, it collects flow signals and temperature change signals in real time. The control instrument initially inputs the standard density of the liquid at 20°C, then synchronously converts the flow and temperature signals through a conversion coefficient to calculate the mass in kilograms. When the preset quantitative delivery amount is reached, it automatically stops the pump and closes the valve, achieving quantitative mass measurement with an accuracy of 0.2%. The instrument can also print the number of kilograms of liquid delivered.

9. Labor-saving: only 2 people are needed at most to complete the filling process. When using remote start, only one person is required.

1. Insert the filling head into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 →定量→ 50 →启动 (filling starts, automatically stops the pump when 200kg is reached).

3. Insert the filling head into another empty drum and press start again. After 50 drums are filled, the results are automatically printed.

4. Print format: 200--------- (net weight per drum) 50--------- (number of drums to be filled) 10000--------- (total net weight filled this time).
