Automatic quantitative hydrochloric acid filling machine for large barrel dispensing equipment

The hydrochloric acid quantitative filling machine automatic bulk drum dispensing equipment consists of components such as a liquid flow metering control instrument, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter, balance check valve (or pipeline check valve), integrated oil gun (or combined oil gun), filter, etc. The liquid flow metering control instrument collects the volume pulse signal from the flow transmitter in real time and achieves real-time temperature compensation for liquid density by collecting the temperature signal from the temperature transmitter, thereby enabling high-precision dynamic mass measurement of liquid flow.

It can independently complete the measurement of liquid loading and unloading (trucks/ships), process measurement of crude oil and finished oil in workshops, continuous drum filling measurement, and quantitative control of reaction kettle ingredients. It can also be connected to an upper-level computer to form a distributed computer monitoring and management system.

1. Measurement method: Two modes, mass/liter, eliminating the need for cumbersome steps such as tare weighing, weighing, loading, and unloading of packaging containers.
2. Utilizes liquid temperature tracking and density compensation to ensure measurement accuracy is unaffected by changes in liquid temperature.
3. The liquid mass flow control instrument can set the dispensing quantity (kilograms) and automatically controls the relevant pumps and valves to close when the quantitative value is reached.
4. High filling efficiency: Taking the filling of a 200 kg iron drum (DN40) as an example: 200 kg/drum, 60 drums/hour. (Filling speed is related to the conveying capacity of the matching pump and the diameter of the flow pipeline in the filling system).
5. Materials in contact with the liquid include cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel, available for selection to meet the filling requirements of various liquids.
6. Printer: Automatically prints after each batch of filling: single drum weight, number of drums filled, total weight, filling date, and time.
7. Allows for printing and viewing of shift daily accumulations and total accumulations.
8. The flow meter filling machine is equipped with a balance check valve, which automatically opens when the pump starts and closes after the pump stops. This ensures constant pressure at the discharge outlet to avoid measurement errors caused by changes in discharge outlet impulse force.
9. High-precision flow transmitter: Measurement accuracy within 0.2%, actual filling error around 0.1%.
10. Labor-saving: Only 2 people are needed to complete the filling operation; when started with a remote control, one person can complete the filling process.

Operation process of the mobile liquid drum filling cart: Taking 200 kg/drum and needing to fill 30 drums as an example:

1. Insert the filling head into the drum.

2. Keyboard operation: 200 → Quantitative → 30 → Start (filling begins, automatically stops the pump when 200 kg is reached).

3. Insert the filling head into another empty drum and press Start again. Repeat until 30 drums are filled, then automatically print the results.

4. Print format:  200--------- (net weight per drum)  30--------- (number of drums to be filled)  10000--------- (total net weight filled in this batch).
