The filling process of flexible packaging filling machines is carried out under vacuum. The filling process includes: lid removal, lid pressing, and simultaneous retraction of the filling nozzle (ensuring no residual oil drips onto the packaging). The entire process is automated. Two filling modes, mass and volume, can be freely switched (filling can be displayed in kg or ml), with dual-speed filling (fast and slow) and no liquid overflow. Vacuum suction prevents dripping. Siemens PLC ensures stable and reliable operation. The touchscreen human-machine interface is simple and easy to operate. The operation is straightforward, and the performance is stable and reliable. It can be integrated with automatic case sealers, automatic sleeve wrapping machines, and heat shrink machines to form a complete production line for filling, case sealing, and sleeve wrapping.

Liquid delivery method: The liquid delivery method is pump-driven, eliminating the need for a high-level tank to provide pressure differential. The two filling heads are independent control systems; a failure in one does not affect the normal operation of the other.

Work procedure: Manual bag placement → machine lid removal → filling → automatic lid pressing. Place another bag for the next filling cycle.
