YJ-8146 Automatic Rosin Softening Point Tester
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020" for the determination of rosin softening point. It is an upgraded product of the softening point tester newly developed by our company, and is suitable for testing the softening point of substances such as rosin. According to the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia, take an appropriate amount of this product for testing in accordance with the law (General Rule 2102: Method for Determination of Softening Point of Plasters), the heating rate is approximately 5.0°C ± 0.5°C per minute, and the softening point shall not be lower than 76.0°C. Meanwhile, this instrument also meets the requirements for softening point testing in "GB/T 8146-2003 Test Methods for Rosin".
I.Main Functional Features
1. This instrument adopts a small bench-top structure, with microcomputer control, linear heating and automatic stirring, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement results, and automatically displaying the test results after the test is completed.
2. The beaker is made of high-temperature resistant glass, and the specifications and dimensions of the heating rate, steel ball positioning ring, steel ball, etc. meet the requirements specified in the standards.
3. The water bath is equipped with an automatic stirring device, uses an LCD to display time and temperature, and can test two samples at the same time, making the test convenient and the results reliable.
4. It has a mains power compensation function, which is not affected by voltage changes on the heating rate of the instrument, ensuring the accuracy of test results.
5. The maximum heating temperature of the test bath of this instrument is 160℃.
