I. YJZ-6000 Drug Transdermal Diffusion Tester Functional Features:
The transdermal diffusion tester consists of three parts: temperature control, motor speed control and time control. When the instrument is turned on, the temperature displays the actual ambient temperature, the motor speed displays 350 (350 revolutions per minute), and the time displays 00:00 (hour:minute).

III. Working Principle of Vertical Transdermal Diffusion Cell (Standard Configuration): Place the skin between the supply chamber and the diffusion chamber, immerse the lower part of the skin in the solution, and clamp the upper and lower parts of the diffusion cell with a clip. The drug is put in from the upper part, penetrates through the skin and gradually permeates into the lower diffusion chamber. It is insulated with constant temperature water externally, and the stirring bar stirs at a constant speed to keep the solution in an isothermal state and the concentration of the permeate uniform. The supply chamber is exposed to the air, so that the skin is at room temperature for the experiment.
IV. Working Principle of Horizontal Diffusion Cell (Optional Accessory)
Place the skin between two horizontal cells, put it into the white fixture, put a pressure reducing sheet between the top wire and the bottom of the bottle, and then tighten it. During the experiment, the drug is administered from one side to make it permeate to the other side. It is insulated with constant temperature water externally, and the stirring bar stirs at a constant speed to keep the solution in a uniform concentration and constant temperature state. This device can effectively prevent the generation of bubbles.
V. Notes:
(1) Do not put corrosive solutions in the water tank, check regularly for leaks in the water tank, and clean scale in time.
(2) It is strictly prohibited to heat without water. The water level in the water tank must at least exceed the heater.
(3) If six stirring magnetic heads do not rotate during long-term use, drain the water, turn the instrument upside down, open the bottom cover and check. If the transmission belt falls off or breaks, replace it with the spare transmission belt provided with the instrument.
(4) When the instrument is not in use, drain the water and disconnect the power supply.
