I. Functional Features & YJ-6000 Transdermal Diffusion Apparatus
The transdermal diffusion apparatus consists of three parts: temperature control, motor speed control and time control. When the instrument is turned on, the temperature display shows the actual ambient temperature, the motor speed displays 350 (350 revolutions per minute), and the time displays 00:00 (hour:minute).

III. Working Principle of Vertical Transdermal Diffusion Cell (Standard Configuration): Place the skin between the supply chamber and the diffusion chamber, with the lower part of the skin immersed in the solution, and clamp the upper and lower parts of the diffusion cell with clips. The drug is put in from the upper part and gradually penetrates through the skin into the lower diffusion chamber. The outside is insulated with constant temperature water, and the stirring bar stirs at a constant speed to keep the solution at a constant temperature and the concentration of the exudate uniform. The supply chamber is exposed to air, so that the skin is in a room temperature condition for the experiment.
IV. Working Principle of Horizontal Diffusion Cell (Optional Accessory)
Place the skin between two horizontal cells, put it into the white fixture, place a pressure relief sheet between the top wire and the bottom of the bottle, and then tighten it. During the experiment, the drug is administered from one side to make it penetrate to the other side. The outside is insulated with constant temperature water, and the stirring bar stirs at a constant speed to keep the solution at a uniform concentration and constant temperature. This device can effectively prevent the generation of air bubbles.
V. Precautions:
(1) Do not put corrosive solutions in the water tank. Regularly check whether the water tank leaks and clean the scale in time.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to heat without water. The water level in the water tank must at least exceed the heater.
(3) If any of the six stirring magnetic heads does not rotate after long-term use, drain the water, turn the instrument upside down and open the bottom plate for inspection. If the transmission belt falls off or breaks, replace it with the spare transmission belt provided with the instrument.
(4) When the instrument is not in use, drain the water and disconnect the power supply.
