The YJH-1303A Single-Sided Clarity Tester is a standard instrument developed in accordance with the provisions of the inspection devices specified in the Clarity Inspection Rules and Judgment Standards of WBı—362(B121)—91. It is applicable for clarity testing of various injections, large-volume infusions and bottled medicinal liquids.
I. Main Features of YJH-1303A Single-Sided Clarity Tester
1. The traditional timing dial is removed, replaced by chip integrated control and full-touch keys, making operation simple and convenient, and the service life of the instrument is increased by 3 times.
2. Users can calibrate the illuminance of the instrument by themselves according to a standard illuminance meter, that is, a self-calibration function is added.
3. The length of the bottom whiteboard is increased, enabling side-by-side testing of infusion bags.
4. The detection lamp is upgraded to a specially refined pharmaceutical inspection lamp, with a service life twice that of traditional lamps.
5. A voltage stabilization control circuit is added, the detection optical path system eliminates stroboscopic light, the illuminance is adjustable, the visual resolution is improved, and visual fatigue is reduced.
6. A digital electronic illuminance meter is adopted, with intuitive, stable and reliable readings; the detection time can be set arbitrarily, and it has sound and light alarm functions.
7. The light source illuminance index, black background and detection whiteboard of this instrument all comply with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia.
8. The optical path system composed of a dedicated three-primary-color fluorescent lamp, electronic ballast and light-shielding device is adopted, which eliminates stroboscopic light, improves visual inspection resolution and reduces visual fatigue.
9. The illuminance is adjustable, and the digital electronic illuminance meter has intuitive, stable and reliable readings.
10. The detection time can be set arbitrarily, and it has sound and light alarm functions.
