Vacuum Tube Furnace 1200°C is mainly applicable for powder roasting, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material processing, and quality testing in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
I. Main Features of Vacuum Tube Furnace 1200°C
1. The gas circuit connection adopts a quick-connect flange structure.
2. The process of loading and unloading materials is simplified; only one card sieve is needed to complete the gas circuit connection, making operation convenient.
3. The complex flange installation process is eliminated, reducing the possibility of furnace tube damage caused by installation.
4. It adopts a double-layer shell structure, with the inner layer made of stainless steel and the outer layer made of carbon steel.
5. The heating chamber consists of upper and lower parts, and the upper heating chamber can be flipped backward by 110° for easy loading and unloading of materials. The furnace chamber material is made of high-purity alumina fiber, which saves energy by 50% and has a uniform temperature field.
6. The heating element is an alloy wire OCr27Al7Mo2 resistance wire located around the furnace chamber, ensuring high temperature uniformity and good temperature field effect.
7. It uses a quartz tube, sealed with stainless steel flanges at both ends.
8. It uses a K-type thermocouple for temperature measurement.
9. A forced air cooling system is installed between the double-layer furnace shells, which can quickly cool the furnace body surface, keeping the furnace shell surface temperature below 60°C.
The furnace tube is equipped with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone O-rings. A mechanical pressure gauge is installed, and the temperature control instrument adopts PID temperature regulation with 30-segment program temperature control.
