1600℃ Vacuum Tube Furnace is mainly suitable for powder calcination, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiments, material processing and quality testing in universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises.
I. Main Features of 1600℃ Vacuum Tube Furnace
1. The gas circuit connection adopts a quick-connect flange structure.
2. The process of loading and unloading materials is simplified, and the gas circuit connection can be completed with only one clamping sieve, making operation convenient.
3. The complex flange installation process is eliminated, reducing the possibility of damage to the furnace tube caused by installation.
4. It adopts a double-shell structure, with the inner layer made of stainless steel and the outer shell made of carbon steel.
5. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina fiber material, achieving 50% energy saving and uniform temperature distribution.
6. The heating element is a silicon molybdenum rod.
7. It uses a corundum tube, sealed with stainless steel flanges at both ends.
8. It uses a B-type thermocouple for temperature measurement.
9. A风冷系统 is installed between the double-layer shells, which can quickly cool the furnace surface, keeping the furnace shell surface temperature below 60℃.
The furnace tube is equipped with a pair of stainless steel sealing flanges, sealed with silicone O-rings. A mechanical pressure gauge is installed. The temperature control instrument uses PID to adjust the temperature, with a 30-segment program temperature control function.
