I. Main Applications:
A polarimeter is an instrument used to measure the optical rotation of a substance. By measuring the optical rotation of a sample, the concentration, purity, sugar content or content of the sample can be determined. It is widely used in industrial production, scientific research, and teaching departments such as sugar manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, drug testing, food, spices, monosodium glutamate, chemical industry, and petroleum, for laboratory analysis or process quality control.
