Refractive index is one of the important optical constants of a substance, through which one can understand the optical properties, purity, etc. of the substance.
This instrument can measure the mass fraction (Brix) of sugar solutions (0~95%, equivalent to a refractive index of 1.333~1.531).
Therefore, this instrument has a wide range of applications and is one of the indispensable common equipments for the petroleum industry, grease industry, pharmaceutical industry, paint industry, food industry, daily chemical industry, sugar industry, schools and relevant scientific research institutions.
The main parameters are as follows:
1. Measure the refractive index nD of liquids or solids, the percentage of dry solids in sugar aqueous solution, and Brix degree. It adopts visual aiming and digital display reading. Temperature correction can be performed when measuring Brix degree. It is equipped with an RS232 interface and can transmit data to a PC.
2. Refractive index measurement range (nD): 1.3000-1.7000
3. Temperature display range: 0-50℃
Measurement indication error (nD): ±0.0002
4. Output method: RS232
6. Power supply: AC220V-240V, frequency 50HZ±1HZ
7. Reading range of mass fraction of sucrose solution (Brix degree): 0-100%
8. Instrument dimensions: 330MM*180MM*380MM
9. Measurement indication error (Brix degree): ±0.1%
10. Instrument weight: 10KG
11. Measurement resolution (Brix degree): 0.1%
