I. Ash Determination Muffle Furnace Main Product Features:
1. The ash glass fiber content determination box-type resistance furnace adopts advanced technology. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plate through folding and welding. The control box and furnace body are integrated into one structure. The appearance is elegant, avoiding the complexity of customer installation.
2. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular monolithic lining made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials. The heating elements, made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire wound into a spiral shape, are threaded through the wire grooves on the top, bottom, left, and right of the inner lining.
3. Heating from top, bottom, left, and right. The furnace has a sealed structure, with refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomite products built between the inner furnace and the shell as insulation.
4. The overall design is reasonable, with a long service life. It features a left-side furnace door and chimney exhaust device for convenient operation.
5. Elegant appearance, exquisite craftsmanship, sturdy and durable, not easily deformed.
6. Temperature Control: The ash glass fiber content determination box-type resistance furnace with over-temperature alarm device adopts an integrated design and user-friendly menu design. It uses industrial PID self-tuning control technology, with dual-screen high-brightness wide-view digital display, clear and intuitive readings. Microcomputer intelligent control eliminates drawbacks such as temperature overshoot, ensuring precise temperature control. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, providing accurate and stable temperature control. Over-temperature alarm and automatic cut-off of heating output. Features a start-up timer or timing function after reaching the set temperature for constant temperature.
