III. Structural Advantages
The furnace shell of the Leather Pigment Carbon Black Content Tester is made of thin steel plate folded and welded, and the inner lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining assembled from ceramic fiber material. The heating elements, formed into a spiral shape, are threaded through the inner lining. The furnace is sealed, with an air insulation layer between the inner lining and the furnace shell.
The combustion tube can be directly inserted or removed from the inner furnace. High-temperature resistant silicone plugs are equipped with quartz glass inlet tubes. Gas is added according to standards via the gas three-way directional valve and gas flow meter on the control panel. This device adopts an integrated structure. After purchase, users can directly connect to the power supply to start the furnace.
IV. Installation and Use
1. No special installation is required; it can be placed on a flat indoor floor or workbench (rack). To ensure safe operation, the furnace and外壳 must be reliably grounded.
2. The back of the furnace is equipped with gas inlet and outlet devices, which can introduce nitrogen, air, or mixed gases. Connect the pipes and three-way valves. The gas cylinder must be placed at least 4 meters away from the furnace and must be equipped with a pressure reducing valve. The hose connecting the gas cylinder and the carbon black tester should be a pressure-resistant rubber hose.
3. When the furnace temperature begins to rise, open the main valve of the nitrogen or mixed gas cylinder, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the minimum pressure, and open the valve on the control panel of the carbon black tester (pay attention to the direction). Fill the combustion tube at a flow rate of 2L/min. After the experiment is completed, close the main valve of the gas cylinder. After checking that all connections are correct, power can be applied to start heating.
