I. Brief Description

The new large-screen touch viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on single-chip microcomputer intelligent control, featuring a 5-inch high-definition IPS touch screen, a high-performance ARM processor, stepless angle adjustment, and an imported stepper motor and driver. The motor operates to drive the rotor at a constant speed via a torque sensor. When the rotor encounters viscous resistance in the liquid being measured, the force is fed back to the sensor, and after processing and calculation by specialized software, the viscosity of the liquid is displayed on the LCD screen. This instrument utilizes ARM technology, with a simple and clear operating interface, intuitive readings, and rich display content. Each range is automatically calibrated by the computer, offering high measurement accuracy, stable rotational speed, and strong anti-interference performance. It is used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids, widely applied in chemical raw material products such as solvent-based adhesives, latex, paint, coatings, cosmetics, ink, resin, solder paste, silicone, etc.

II. Product Introduction and Parameters

1. The operating interface is simple and clear, with intuitive readings, rich display, high precision, and small error.

2. The display content is rich, including not only viscosity but also temperature, full-scale percentage, viscosity vs. temperature curve, and timing function.

3. The timing function ensures good consistency data for thixotropic non-Newtonian liquids.

4. The instrument uses the latest front-mounted level, making level adjustment intuitive and convenient without needing to stand.

5. The viscosity curve is very practical and accurate for testing non-Newtonian liquids. Paired with data software, it provides excellent real-time data for understanding and analyzing the viscosity and rheological properties of non-Newtonian liquids.

6. Equipped with a 232 print interface, it can be optionally paired with a mini printer for real-time printing of various data.

7. Optional accessories include a constant temperature water bath, dedicated constant temperature test bucket, mini printer, and standard liquid.

8. Optional wireless Bluetooth connector enables mobile phone interconnection. All operations can be completed on the mobile phone, and data can be permanently and unlimitedly saved via a cloud data APP. Remote debugging of the instrument is possible. If there is a data deviation, there is no need to send the instrument back; as long as the customer turns on the mobile phone Bluetooth, remote precision debugging can be performed.
9. Optional data software enables connection between the host and computer, allowing measurement results to be displayed and recorded on the computer.
